Exceptional Culinary Experience

Chef, I'm here to tell you, you have a very satisfied first time customer! The Garlic Seafood Platter was delicious! The garlic sauce was finger-licking, the seafood was cooked to perfection. I popped those crab legs and removed the meat with ease. The lobster tail was tender, the shrimp juicy, sausage flavorful, boiled eggs, potatoes, corn, all infused with the cajun seasonings. But BaeBae!! Did I mention your garlic butter sauce!? I didn't need any extra melted butter. I sopped up every bit of your sauce from the bottom of my tray. Oh, and I didn't bother to reheat Garlic Seafood tray when I got to the house, NOPE! And it was still THAT DAMN DELICIOUS, for real! I will be ordering again, thank you! Worth the drive from Laurel Hill, FL.

WOW, WHAT A DISH!!! I contacted Chef Bea trying to figure out something special for my wife's birthday. My wife loves seafood and Chef Bea shared with me that she did Garlic Seafood Trays. I ordered (3) seafood trays. The trays were extremely delicious, everything was seasoned perfectly for those who like spices and there was more than enough to eat. We ordered a side of turkey necks and almost ate ourselves into a coma. I cannot say enough good things about Chef Bea, her food, her professionalism, her personality, her honesty and integrity, her attention to detail and her overall ability to make you feel extra special with the superior level of customer service she provides. If you are in the Fort Walton, Florida area looking for good food with a variety of options. I would highly recommend that you try the Southern Yankee Queen
